Opti Mail has published the first set of stamps of Witten. Four illustrations of places of interest in Witten designed by the local
artist Helmut Bodenhausen, who died in 2003.
The „Ersttagsblätter“ (a certificate with the stamps on it and a stamp of the publication date) and the stamps are very popular with
collectors from all over the world. Some copies of the limited print run are achieving high prices. Few “Ersttagsblätter“ are still available.
